The textbook contains the necessary background material along with the entire question pool used to make up the tests. More information on the textbook options is available here. During our classes, we review the question pool and do our best to explain the reasoning behind the answers and the concepts involved. For adults, we have a very high success rate, but our compressed format may not be suitable for children under the age of 15 or so. Please ask if you have concerns. The course will run $40 and includes a textbook, handouts and the testing fee. The W5YI Technician Class book by Gordon West will be provided including a number of other handouts, even discount coupons for new radios. If you already have a book, the class fee is $20.
