Redmond ARES FD Funds

Art had pointed out we still haven't delivered the difference in donations back to the Redmond ARES group from Field Day. Agreed that Mark would contact them and arrange the transfer.

Bank Account

Club's current bank total is $3669.52.

Classes

Upcoming tech class will be held on Mercer Island and currently we are short VE's for the testing session. Kenny will add the call for VE's and teachers to the club meeting reminder.

IRS Letter

Kenny shared a letter he received from the IRS that the club received. The IRS is claiming we didn't file a return in 2003 and 2005. Oddly enough the club has never filed a return. Art is going to contact the IRS and figure out what we need to-do. From the club's original incorporation documentation, it is clearly stated that we don't need to file returns.

Club Presentation

K9PTE will speak at the October meeting and N7CFO is scheduled for the November meeting. No meeting is scheduled for December because it is so close to the holidays.

Wire

Brad is going to prepare the list of prices for the meeting for the wire the club bought.

Digital Conference

Decide on March 21^st as the date. Dennis is going to begin the process of reserving a room and Kenny will start working on speakers.
